HEALING ROOMS VOLUNTEER TRAINING WEEKEND

Matthew 8:17  In order that what was spoken through Isaiah the Prophet might be fulfilled, saying, “He Himself took our infirmities, and carried away our diseases.”

The Lord has given us many gifts to share, all for the purpose of building His Kingdom. We encourage you to seek the Lord now to see if He is "calling you" to be part of it.  The above excerpts from the International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR) manual will give you an idea of areas of service available in this ministry and what is required of individuals who desire to participate.  All team members will need to go through the training.

Keep in mind that the two main ingredients in each prayer room are the Holy Spirit and the person who needs a touch.  The team members are the vessels that the Holy Spirit uses to touch the sick (so it's not about us). Rev. 4:1 says, "Come up here, and I will show you things which must be hereafter." Since Jesus is at the right hand of the Father interceding for us, then we want to come in agreement with His prayers, rather than our own soulish prayers.  The Lord has directed us to pray as the Bride of Christ with all authority and not to petition as a widow.  We stand in agreement with our Bridegroom Jesus who has given us all the power of heaven and earth.  Basically we pray the Word of God.  We declare His Word and all its promises. We proclaim all of His Word.  This is where we stand eternally as we intercede with Jesus and the Holy Spirit before the Father.  When we pray in this way we can never get off track.
